1. Seller
The online store operates as Freeflow Nation from the Netherlands. Customer-service and order enquiries can be sent to contact@freeflownation.eu.
2. Products and availability
Product pages describe the main characteristics, colour, available sizes, material and price. Images are prepared carefully, but screen colours can vary. Stock messages reflect the availability known to the store. Adding an item to the bag does not reserve it.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and must include applicable VAT for consumer sales. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable cost are shown before the order is placed. The customer receives the total price before choosing the final “order and pay” action.
4. Order and contract
The customer can review and correct the bag, address, delivery and payment details before ordering. The order becomes binding when the customer selects the clearly labelled payment obligation and Freeflow Nation sends an order confirmation. Freeflow Nation may reject or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment, fraud or delivery information is demonstrably incorrect, with a full refund where payment was taken.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed dynamically in Stripe Checkout and can vary by device, country, currency and eligibility. Stripe handles payment information on its secure hosted page. Freeflow Nation does not charge a payment-method fee unless permitted and disclosed in advance.
6. Delivery
Available countries, delivery options, price and estimated timing are displayed before the order is placed. Unless a different period is agreed, Netherlands consumer rules generally require delivery within 30 days. The seller bears the risk of loss or damage until the customer receives the goods, except where the customer independently chooses a carrier not offered by the seller.
7. Withdrawal and returns
EU consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. Instructions, the model withdrawal form, return address and any direct return cost are set out in the shipping and returns policy. A clear online cancellation route must remain available.
8. Statutory guarantee
Products must conform to the agreement and meet reasonable expectations. The statutory guarantee applies independently of the withdrawal period. Contact Freeflow Nation promptly if an item is defective, damaged or materially different from its description.
9. Intellectual property
Freeflow Nation names, logos, graphics, photography, films, text and layouts may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where law expressly allows.
10. Complaints and law
Complaints can be sent to contact@freeflownation.eu with the relevant order reference. Netherlands law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence.
