1. Current status
Freeflow Nation does not currently place analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Only strictly necessary browser storage is used. Stripe may use strictly necessary security, fraud-prevention and checkout technologies after the customer leaves this site for Stripe's hosted payment page; Stripe's own notice applies there.
2. Necessary browser storage

- Technology: localStorage, not a cookie.
- Purpose: remember that the privacy notice has been acknowledged.
- Data: notice version and acknowledgement date.
- Duration: until website data is cleared or a new notice version replaces it.
ffn_cart_v2
- Technology: localStorage, not a cookie.
- Purpose: keep selected product identifiers, sizes and quantities in the shopping bag between pages.
- Duration: until the bag or website data is cleared.
ffn_language_v1
- Technology: localStorage, not a cookie.
- Purpose: remember the language detected from the browser or selected by the visitor.
- Duration: until website data is cleared or another language is selected.
This information stays in the visitor's browser. It is not used to follow visitors across websites or build a behavioural profile.
3. Consent
Under the current setup, no consent request is needed because no optional tracking technology is active. The first-visit notice is informational. It does not present a misleading “accept all” choice where there is nothing optional to accept.
4. Managing the notice
You can remove the saved acknowledgement through the browser settings for website data. The notice will appear again on the next visit. The “Privacy choices” control in the footer reopens it at any time.
5. Future tools
If analytics, advertising, embedded media or other non-essential tools are added, they must remain blocked until valid consent is given. Refusing must remain as easy as accepting, and consent must be withdrawable at any time. This policy will then list each provider, purpose and duration.
